EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICIES
At Torélia, we want every purchase to be a clear, secure, and satisfactory experience. If you need to make an exchange, return, or report an issue with your order, please consider the following conditions.
General Conditions
For your exchange, return, or refund request to be approved, it is important that the product meets the following requirements:
The product must be unused.
The product must not have been washed.
It must not have stains.
It must not have odors.
It must retain its original tags and original packaging.
It must be free from damage or modifications.
It must be in resalable condition.
Full-priced products may be evaluated for exchange or return.
Torélia does issue refunds when the request meets the established conditions and is approved.
Eligible products can be exchanged for another available product, for store credit, or evaluated for a refund, as applicable.
Promotional or Final Sale Products
Products on Sale, clearance, discounts, promotional coupons, or marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
We recommend carefully reviewing product information before finalizing your purchase.
Timeframe for Requesting Exchange, Return, or Refund
Exchange or return requests must be made within 10 calendar days after order delivery.
Refund claims must be made within five (5) to ten (10) business days after order receipt.
After this period, Torélia will not be able to process exchange, return, or refund requests.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must make the claim within the first 48 hours after order receipt.
The request must include clear photographs of the product, showing the reported defect or error.
Once the information is received, Torélia will review the case and inform you of the next steps.
Exchange, Return, or Refund Process
Once the request is approved, the exchange can be made for another available product or for store credit for future purchases.
All exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
If the product requested for exchange is not available, Torélia may offer store credit.
An approved refund may be reflected within 10 to 20 business days after approval.
Torélia may offer store credit or exchange only for products not on promotion, when applicable.
Shipping Costs
Costs associated with shipping the product for exchange may be the customer's responsibility, except in cases where it is confirmed that the received product was defective or incorrect.
If the exchange is due to an error on the part of Torélia, we will review the case and inform you of the corresponding steps.
Important Information
Requests submitted outside the established timeframes cannot be processed.
Torélia reserves the right to reject any request if the product does not meet the mentioned conditions.
