We offer shipping within the United States. Rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Processing Time

All orders require 1 to 2 business days to be processed before shipping.

This time accounts for order preparation, verification, and dispatch, and is separate from the estimated delivery time by the shipping carrier.

Shipping within the United States

Torélia ships within the United States.

Once your order is processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination location.

Available rates and times will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation with the relevant information.

When the order is dispatched, you can track it using the information provided by the shipping carrier or the purchasing platform.

We recommend you keep an eye on your shipping status until final delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Torélia is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Before reporting an incident, the customer must check their mailbox, reception, neighbors, concierge, administration office, or areas near the delivery address.

Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for correctly entering the shipping address at the time of purchase.

If the order is sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Torélia will not issue refunds.

International Orders

For international orders, taxes, duties, customs fees, or other additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

These values are not included in the product price or the shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Important Information

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Torélia is not responsible for delays, losses, theft, or incidents external to our operation.

In case of any issues with the shipment, the customer must manage it directly with the shipping carrier responsible for delivery.
